Our spreadsheet products are built in Google Sheets and Excel, which means they’re cloud-based and accessible from anywhere. You can use them in Google Sheets, download them as Excel files, or both. Each spreadsheet is designed with formulas built-in, so you just fill in your data and the calculations happen automatically.
Yes! Our Google Sheets products can be downloaded as Excel files (.xlsx). The formulas, formatting, and functionality will work in Excel, though you may see minor formatting differences. If you encounter any issues, our support team is happy to help troubleshoot.
Absolutely! Both Google Sheets and Excel are fully mobile-responsive, so you can access your spreadsheets on any device. Canva templates are also tablet and phone-friendly. That said, for best experience editing formulas or working with complex data, we recommend using a computer or laptop.

Absolutely! Gift purchases are a great idea. You can purchase any product and we’ll send the download link directly to the recipient (or to you if you prefer). Just contact us with your gift recipient’s email address and we’ll make sure they get it.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay through our secure checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed safely. We may also offer installment options for larger purchases — check the checkout page for availability.
For Google Sheets: Click the link in your confirmation email — it will take you directly to the spreadsheet in Google Sheets. If you’re not already logged into a Google account, you’ll be prompted to sign in or create one. Once you’re in, make a copy of the spreadsheet to your own Google Drive so you can edit it. (Don’t edit the original template — always make your own copy first!) For Excel: Download the Excel file from your confirmation email, then open it in Microsoft Excel or Excel Online. All formulas and functionality work identically in Excel.
First, make sure you’ve made a copy of the spreadsheet to your own Google Drive. If you edited the original template, the formulas may not calculate. Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page. If that doesn’t work, check that you’re using Google Chrome or another modern browser. If the issue persists, contact us with a screenshot and we’ll troubleshoot together.
Yes! Once you’ve made a copy to your Google Drive, you can customize colors, fonts, add notes, adjust formatting, and personalize the sheets however you like. Be careful not to delete or modify formula cells (we mark these clearly), as that could break the calculations. Feel free to change input cells and add your own information.
Your confirmation email includes a Canva template link. Click it to open the template directly in Canva. If you don’t have a Canva account yet, you’ll be prompted to create one (it’s free!). Absolutely! Google Sheets works perfectly on Chromebooks since it’s a Google product, and you can also use Excel Online. Canva templates also work great on Chromebooks. Everything should run smoothly — no special software needed. Just make sure you’re using Chrome or another modern browser and you’re logged into your Google account.
