Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Credit & Cashmere website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our website or purchase our products.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone purchasing products from Credit & Cashmere, whether through our website, Etsy shop, or any other sales channel.
Products & Digital Downloads
Credit & Cashmere sells digital products including:
- Google Sheets templates for financial planning, debt tracking, and expense management
- Digital planners and trackers compatible with GoodNotes and similar apps
- PDF guides, checklists, and educational resources
- Product bundles combining multiple digital items
All products are delivered digitally. You will receive instant access through your online account and a download link via email. Digital products are provided as-is and are not returnable once downloaded, though we’re happy to help troubleshoot technical issues.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or fees, which will be calculated during checkout.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been processed. Prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices you will pay.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe and WooCommerce. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered through our payment processor. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Delivery
Instant Digital Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased product(s) in your WooCommerce account. You can download files instantly from your account dashboard.
Email Delivery: A confirmation email with download links and access instructions will be sent to the email address associated with your account within a few minutes of purchase.
Delivery Issues: If you don’t receive your confirmation email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Digital Products: Because digital products can be instantly accessed and downloaded, they are non-refundable once you have accessed or downloaded them. This is industry standard for digital goods.
Exceptions: If you have a legitimate technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase (e.g., file corruption, account error), we’re happy to help troubleshoot or provide a replacement file at no charge.
Unused Products: If you have purchased a product but have not downloaded or accessed it, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please email [email protected] with your order number and reason.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
License & Usage
When you purchase a Credit & Cashmere product, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own personal use and financial organization.
Permitted Use: You may use products to organize your personal finances, track debt payoff, manage expenses, and plan your budget. You may modify templates and content to suit your personal needs.
Prohibited Use: You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the product with others
- Sell the product under your own name or brand
- Share download links or files with others
- Use the product for commercial purposes or client work
- Claim the templates, designs, or formulas as your own creation
- Publicly post the entire product content on blogs, social media, or other platforms
Your license is personal and non-transferable. Sharing products with others violates these terms and may result in legal action.
Intellectual Property
All designs, formulas, text, images, layouts, and content within Credit & Cashmere products are the exclusive intellectual property of Credit And Cashmere LLC., unless otherwise stated.
The Google Sheets templates contain original formulas and systems created by Credit & Cashmere. All design elements, including colors, typography, and layout, are protected by copyright and are not available for public use or reproduction.
You may not copy, reproduce, or adapt any Credit & Cashmere intellectual property for any purpose other than your personal use as permitted by this license.
User-Generated Content & Ask C&C Submissions
Credit & Cashmere accepts user-submitted content through our Ask C&C advice column submission form and may accept content through other features in the future (such as community forums, testimonials, or comments). By submitting content to Credit & Cashmere, you agree to the following terms:
License Grant: When you submit a question, comment, testimonial, or any other content to Credit & Cashmere, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, publish, edit, adapt, and display your submission across our website, blog, social media, email, and other marketing channels.
Editing & Privacy: We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity, length, grammar, and privacy protection. For Ask C&C submissions specifically:
- Names are changed and details are adjusted to protect your identity
- Only first names (real or fictional) are used in published answers
- We may combine, split, or rephrase questions for editorial purposes
- We are under no obligation to publish any submission
- Submitting a question does not guarantee it will be answered or published
Your Representations: By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- The content is your own and you have the right to submit it
- You are submitting your own question — not on behalf of a minor or another person without their consent
- Your submission does not contain any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful
- Your submission does not contain another person’s private financial information, account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal data
- You understand that any response provided is for educational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice
No Obligation: Credit & Cashmere is not obligated to respond to, publish, or retain any submission. We may remove published user-generated content at any time for any reason.

User Accounts
When you make a purchase, a WooCommerce account is created for you containing your order history, download links, and account information.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
